On March 18, 2012 at its first open house in Waltham, Massachusetts, after only 5 days of being on the market, a property we staged received 2 offers, went into a bidding war, and ended up accepting an offer that came in at $15,000 over the asking price, at $464,000!
Before it was staged the listing agent thought to list the home at $419,000. But the property's true value was yet to be seen!
