How our fees work
Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
We get referrals by maintaining loyalty to you, our client, and to our combined goal of selling your house within weeks or days. In this way we demonstrate our commitment and confidence in our service to you.
Included in our fee: moving furniture and boxes, cleaning and paint touch-up in our fee.
And finally, our fee is much lower than a typical staging fee while including more. If you read "What's Hot with Sellers" in My Newsletters you will see the typical staging fee is 2-3% of your listing price. We come nowhere close to that, and even include labor as part of our service! You will be pleasantly surprised. All of this being said, staging doesn't cost, it pays. We always work within your budget. Our purpose is to save you time and money, and the trial and error of seeing what works and what doesn't. We want lots of referrals in order to build our business, so we charge less and give you more. If our quote isn't already the lowest, we will beat a printed quote.
